Mr. Don Twine has over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry. He joined Real People Financial Services (Uganda) as General Manager in January 2019.

He joined Real People Financial Services (Uganda) as General Manager in January 2019. Prior to Joining Real People, he held senior positions in leading commercial banks and one Microfinance Company in Uganda.
Don Twine was most recently Head of Innovations and Product Development in FINCA Uganda. Prior to that, he was head of Business Management at Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA Bank) and was Head of Wholesale Banking at Bank of Africa. He started his career at Standard Chartered Bank.
Don holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Makerere University. He also holds several Certificates in Credit Extension, Loan Management, Executive Leadership, Customer Service and Sales Management, among others, from Training Institutions across the globe.
In his free time, Don enjoys working out and competing in running marathons. For volunteer and causes, he is a member of Rotary International, and he cares about environmental protection and economic empowerment in poor communities.
Moses Okuni - Chief Operating Officer

Moses has been in real people since 2012, previously worked with equity bank Uganda, Head Teacher Anleigh High school Kampala.

Moses holds a BA Educ. Hons MUK, MBA. Makerere university and several certificates in administration and management.
Moses has over 12years of experience in credit and banking, over 4 years in education administration. His Competences are in designing and Implementing business operations, risk management and business development, team building, Leadership and performance management, conflict resolution, communication and people skills, coaching and motivation, working with banking and credit systems among others.
Racheal Nareeba - Human Capital and Administration Officer


Human Resource and Administration Manager

Racheal Nareeba is a Human Resource Practioner with 10 years’ experience in Human Resource operations, notably in strategic HRP, talent acquisition, employee engagement, contract negotiations, performance management, talent management, training and talent development, retention and all administrative functions.

Racheal is a member of the HRMAU who holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and organizational psychology. She has worked with Real People since 2019, before that she worked with Living Goods, MOGAS and she started her HR career at American Tower Cooperation (ATC). Racheal enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, listening to music and mentoring young HR professionals.
Michael Sserubiri - Collections Manager


Collections Manager

Micheal has been key in re-alignment of Real people operations with emphasis on efficiency and productivity since 2013. He has represented the company at National level in seminars and workshops and relevant Business engagements.

Michael has as a wealth of experience in microfinance operations and recovery with more than 10 years in the field of microfinance operations. He has worked with Uganda Microfinance Union Limited and Equity bank before.
Micheal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from Makerere University Kampala, a Post Graduate Diploma in Microfinance from MUBS and several certificates in Lending, management and Legal issues.


Finance Manager

Racheal holds a Bachelor’s of science in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University in Uganda.
She has over eight years of invaluable experience in Finance. She started her career with MOGAS Uganda Ltd and prior to joining Real People Financial Services at TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Ltd.
Nelson Tebukozza - Credit Manager


Credit Manager

Mr. Nelson Tebukkoza is a graduate of Business Administration (Accounting) from Makerere University, He holds a certificate in Open Source Geo-Spatial technology and Social Tenure Domain Model (STDM) from Global Land Tool Network / UN Habitat and a certificate in Management for Enhanced Project Performance from Procasur /IFAD (International Fund for Agriculture Development).

Nelson has extensive experience in Credit spanning over 15 years from both private and public sector.
Prior to joining Real People, Mr. Nelson Tebukkoza worked as Credit Manager at KOPGT (Kalangala Oil Palm Growers Trust) - IFAD/GOU funded Program for Oil Palm Development in Uganda under the Ministry of Agric., Animal Industry and Fisheries. He was also Credit Manager in charge of Branch Monitoring and Supervision at Equity Bank Uganda Limited. He is skilled in portfolio management, business planning, risk management, capacity development and coaching.

Kayaga Janet Alice is the branch manager at Real People Uganda Katwe Branch in charge of all the branch operations and branch performance.

Manager Kasangati Branch

Denis Ssenyonjo holds a diploma in micro finance from Kyambogo University. He started his working career in 2009 and over time, he has worked in various microfinance and credit institutions including Blue Financial Services, Gatsby microfinance and Premier Credit Uganda LTD until January 2022 when he joined Real People Financial Services (Uganda).
