Prior to Joining Real People, he held senior positions in leading commercial banks and one Microfinance Company in Uganda. <\/BR>\n\nDon Twine was most recently Head of Innovations and Product Development in FINCA Uganda. Prior to that, he was head of Business Management at Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA Bank) and was Head of Wholesale Banking at Bank of Africa. He started his career at Standard Chartered Bank. <\/BR>\n\nDon holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Economics from Makerere University. He also holds several Certificates in Credit Extension, Loan Management, Executive Leadership, Customer Service and Sales Management, among others, from Training Institutions across the globe. <\/BR>\n\nIn his free time, Don enjoys working out and competing in running marathons.
